✨ MY HEART, CALLING & MISSION✨
For over 15 years, I’ve walked alongside women helping them see light where life felt cluttered and heavy. Along the way, I learned something essential: clutter is rarely just physical. It settles into our schedules, our thoughts, our emotions — and often, our faith.
Many women aren’t overwhelmed because they lack discipline or motivation. They’re overwhelmed because they’ve been carrying too much for too long.
My work is shaped by grace, not perfection. I know what it’s like to live in survival mode — to feel buried under responsibility, heartache, and expectations — and to quietly long for peace again. I also know the gentle way God meets us there, offering comfort before correction, and presence before progress.
Scripture tells us that we are comforted so that we may comfort others with the same comfort we have received (2 Corinthians 1:4). That verse has become the foundation of my calling.
Today, I serve as a Speaker, Author, and Mentor, and the Founder of The Lampstand Life Method — a faith-based 12 week mentoring program centered on the heart, habits, and home. I offer women faith-rooted comfort, encouragement, and simple rhythms that help restore clarity, peace, and light to everyday life.
I believe simplicity is sacred.
Not about doing less — but about making room for what matters most.
My approach is gentle, practical, and deeply honoring of your pace and story. Whether we’re tending the inner life, strengthening daily rhythms, or creating margin for rest and reflection, you will always be met with compassion, truth, and steady hope.
