Hear from a client who recently completed the Lampstand Life Mentorship as she shares about her experience, what she gained from the journey, and the impact it had on her life.

For nearly 16 years, I worked as a professional home organizer, helping people create homes that felt more functional, peaceful, and manageable.
But over the years, I began to see something undeniably consistent: clutter is rarely just physical.
It shows up in our schedules, our thoughts, our emotions, our commitments, our habits, and even in the way we relate to God.
I’ve experienced this in my own life. I know what it feels like to carry too much for too long and to live under constant pressure, expectations, responsibility, and emotional weight, until you can barely see what actually matters anymore.
And I’ve learned that simplifying your life isn’t just about getting rid of things.
Sometimes the first things we need to unclutter are the things we’ve been carrying within us.
That realization became the foundation for what I now call the Lampstand Life Method—a faith-led approach to simplifying life from the inside out through the Heart, Habits & Home.
My calling is rooted in 2 Corinthians 1:4: “who comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.”
I don’t believe women need another person telling them everything they’re doing wrong or giving them another list of things they need to accomplish.
I believe we need space to slow down, abide longer, become aware of what we’re carrying, hear what God says is true, and begin making choices that actually reflect all that matters most.
Today, I serve as a Speaker, Author, and Mentor, helping women unclutter and simplify their lives from the inside out—creating intentional habits, sustainable rhythms, and functional homes that support the life God is calling them to live.
My approach is practical, faith-rooted, and personal. I meet women where they are and help them discern what needs to stay, what needs to change, and what they may finally be ready to let go of.
Because I believe simplicity is sacred.
Not because life is supposed to be perfect or easy, but because when we begin to discern what God is asking us to carry—and what He is asking us to release—we create more room for the things that matter most: our relationship with Him, the people we love, our purpose, our rest, and the life He has called us to live.
If you’re tired of feeling overwhelmed by everything you’re carrying and ready to begin simplifying from the inside out, you’re in the right place.

The Lampstand Life Method is my signature faith-led framework for simplifying life from the inside out. It helps women discern what God is asking them to carry, release, and rebuild across their Heart, Habits & Home—creating greater clarity, intention, and space for what He is calling them to.
Women who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stretched thin and are ready to simplify their lives from the inside out, create sustainable rhythms, and make space for what God is calling them to.
You don’t need to be “organized” or “disciplined.” You just need to be ready to begin.
No. All women are welcome. My work is faith-led and grounded in biblical truth, but faith is never forced. You’ll be met with grace, respect, and compassion wherever you are in your journey.
High-touch means you’re not simply given a workbook and sent on your way. Throughout the 12 weeks, you’ll have ongoing access to personalized guidance, encouragement, questions, reflection, and real-life support as you work through the process.
Rather than trying to fit everything into a single weekly call, the mentoring is designed to support you throughout the week so you can ask questions, process what you’re learning, work through challenges as they arise, and receive guidance that is specific to your life.
This is real mentorship and accountability while respecting that you have an actual life.
The goal is to give you both structure and space: enough support to keep you moving forward, without adding another source of pressure to your life.
Yes. Emotional and mental clutter are an important part of this work. We’ll slow down and look at what you’re carrying, the thought patterns, habits, commitments, and expectations contributing to the overwhelm, and what God may be asking you to change, release, or rebuild.
This isn’t about simply getting more organized. It’s about creating greater clarity and space from the inside out.
The Lampstand Life Mentorship is designed to be paid in full at enrollment so you can fully commit to the 12-week journey without interruptions.
A limited installment option is available by request.
No. Lampstand Life is a faith-led mentoring program, not clinical therapy. We focus on awareness, discernment, practical life changes, and creating sustainable rhythms…not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.
If you’re looking for clinical or therapeutic support, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional.
My approach starts with the belief that lasting change begins on the inside. Rather than giving you another rigid system to follow or another list of things you should be doing, we look at your whole life—your thoughts, habits, commitments, rhythms, and home—and discern what God is asking you to change, release, or rebuild.
The goal isn’t perfection or doing more. It’s creating a simpler, more intentional way of living that fits your real life and makes room for what truly matters most.
